To answer your question though, I am a female and only related to the Vance family through the marriage of my great aunt Winnie Keyser to Jefferson Davis Vance. They lived on a farm in Gallia County Ohio near the town of Vinton. They did have male children but they were not born or raised in Ohio. Aunt Winnie and Uncle Dave moved to Vinton later in their lives after thier children were grown.
