Searching for the family of Arthur Vance b. 6-10-1862 and died in Barren Co............ KY 11-30-1921 at age 39. I know he served in WWI . So far, my research indicates that he was the son of John Henry Vance and Sarah Clark. John Henry Vance appears to be the son of William C. Vance and Louisa Emily Pulliam.
