I think we should look at all the David Vances I Also seem to remember that there was a Newell buried in the Vance Cemetery in Gallia County, Ohio. The occupants of the Vance Cemetery were moved to another cemetery at some point. I am talking off the top of my head ( as usual ) I need to get out some books and records. Good work !
