I am just now trying to sort out this Taylor and Vance family that you mentioned = currently pulling the Cumberland CO,PA films. My connection to this Patrick Vance is through Andrew Taylor. Here is what "I think I know"... Your Patrick Vance was marr 1st to Sarah Taylor. Ass.u.me that this Sarah was sis/o my Andrew Taylor, both the children of x. Taylor and Sarah Finney. Too much to go into here, but I can send you the reasons why I believe this. Patrick and Sarah (Taylor) Vance had a son John. Apparently this John marr Rebecca Branson. There was real property. John Vance s/o this Patrick was appointed Executor along with the widow Elizabeth. G.W. Parker & Magdalen Parker witnessed this Will. Filed April Sessions 1803 Knox CO TN.
