Joanna VANCE where are YOU ????? Joanna VANCE was born about 1794 -1800 in NC > SC > TN.... Who are her parents and siblings ..????? She married David WILLIAMS in Smith Co., TN abt September 1815.... They were known to have lived on the Cumberland River near Carthage, TN. They were parents of Benjamin H. b.1814 TN ( to David's 1st wife ), Joseph Thomas b.1819 TN, John W. b.1822 TN, Martin Joseph b.1825 TN..... The family migrated to Franklin Co, IL about 1826....
