The Dearborn County, Indiana, Historical Society is looking for living descendants of Samuel C Vance (1770-1830), who married Mary Lawrence, and who founded Lawrenceburg, Indiana. The Society is located in the house he built in 1818, and it is on the National Register of Historic Places. We are trying to complete the story of his family. Chris McHenry, secretary
