I might be able to help you if you give me some more info. Where and when? My Neal is William H. Neal b. 1847 (according to his tombstone and death certificate) and 1851 according to the census. His mother was Mary Neel (1850 & 1870 census - Niel according to 1860 census). Mary (Vance) according to his death certificate. They were all b. in Pa. according to the census.
