I don't think we have met before, but anything is possible. So Celia and Alex Richard Vance sounds familiar?? Do you have who Pheobe was married to? There are about 3-4 people that are trying to track down Alex and his parents. I have a letter from one of the relatives that saying Celia's mother, Pheobe, was a full blooded Indian, and married to a Benjamin Snodgrass, but we have proof that Celia's mother was Mary Ann Whitehead and her father was one of the many many Abner Vances. I am also told that we are related to THE Abner Vance that was hung in Abington. Does any of this help? If we can connect on someone than I can send pics of Celia and more info.
