KY, Hardin Co. KY, etc? I am not sure if this was a married or maiden name. My Grandmother's middle name of "Vance" came from this woman in 1922. Rose Vance apparently was a friend of the family--meaning a friend of Angela Back Monks Langley or her husband John Henry Langley who lived in the above areas.
