Hi Gang, I'm sending this so that what happened to me doesn't happen to you. I have lost all my files from N to Z. I have my files by individual surnames and special events; ie. Civil War, Naturalization, Snail Mail address, etc. When I spoke to Juno they said that you could only have 250 files. My A to M files number 252 and that is why I lost all the rest. PLEASE BE AWARE. Juno does not give you any warning nor do they have a method to tell you how many files you have. I should have printed out the important files but I didn't and now they are gone. My hotmail account has the same rule 250 max. That is why I don\'t use hotmail for my genealogy.
