We do not have information on his parents. My father has done quite a bit of research in census records and has found some possible leads that all have boys about the same age in the Shenandoah Valley area. Part of the problem, atleast in most cases, is that they did not record any of the children's names until they got married or something else happened. This is why we hit the dead end.
