William Vance b 1820 PA or VA, m. 1846 in Randolph Co IN to Margaret Wallace moved to Richland Co WI. Margaret's sister Anna married Jacob Vance in 1844 also in Randolph Co IN. The Vance families moved to WI in the 1850's along with the family of Isam and Mary (Polly) Wallace Margaret and Anna's parents.
