Photo was taken in about 1901-1903, in Cambridge (Guernsey Co.) OH, and Bessie looks about 8 and Sarah about 6. I found Bessie and Sarah with their parents in the 1900 census for Cambridge (Guernsey Co.). Parents were Clark and Rachel Vance, and the girls were Bessie (born Aug 1893) and Sarah (born Dec 1896).
