Wayne IN.. I have a picture of my dad (Clifford Newsome, originally from Mingo/Logan Co. WV) taken March 28, 1970. In that picture is an elderly lady named Rose Barrand along with a Gertrude Vance and her children, Don and Regina. Don appears to be 10 - 12 years old and Regina about 8 - 10 years old. I'm not sure what her relationship is/was to either Mrs. Barrand or my dad. I would glady share this photo. Incidentally, brother Clifford moved to Ohio.
