Sasha, I've researched that Preble Co. branch, too, and in one book I read that Cornelius came there first, and a brother named John came a little later and then went back to get supplies for Cornelius to sell at his trading post, but that he didn't stay in Preble Co. after bringing those supplies. I've not read any more about that brother and wonder if it is my John.
