Hi Jacklyn I was wondering if you knew of any Bantas in your line My ggrandparents were Abraham Cornelius Banta and Emma Arebella Van Arsdall Their oldest son, my grandfather, Was Irvin Elsworth Banta (1895-1983). They were all from the Johnson Co. area of IN. The fact that you have an Elsworth VanArsdale in possably the same area triggers my intuition. Elsworth isn't that common a name. Plus the fact that I'm doing research in the same area. I'll keep your letter on file and if I run across anything I'll be in touch.
