Hi, Bonnie - we may have corresponded before, I'm not sure, but I am a descendant of Cornelius and jannetje through their son, William, through William and Mary's son, Lucas, who also went to Montgomery County OH. John, according to my information, died in 1814 in Montgomery Co. OH. I live just over the line in Greene County but I might as well live in Montgomery Co because the line is only a few blocks away and I work in Montgomery Co. As far as I know, John had only the son, Cornelius, however, Lucas had a couple of children that I suspect are not his as they are older than the date of his marriage. These could be John's. Names unknown. On the other hand, they could be children of a first marriage, or they could be children of his wife's or they could be children belonging to someone else. Don't know that yet.
