Does anyone have any information on the following: Mercer County Marriages April 13, 1809 Polly Vanarsdale m. William Rice (this is William G Rice, I believe, and he was the son of William B Rice and Rebecca Ellington from VA who had the following children: David c1782 VA, William G c1788 VA, Benjamin B c1790 VA, Samuel c1793 VA, Kahlia/Chaia 1805 KY, Sophia c1809 KY) I know from a 1830 Census on William G that he and Polly had: a son born between 1811 and 1815. a son and two females born between 1816 and 1820 However, I also know that William remarried Oct 1818 to a Sally(Sarah) Vandiver/Vandeveer who was born 1799 Lincoln Co., KY, daughter of Charles Vandeveer. I am trying to find out the names of the three children that William and Polly had before their marriage ended for whatever reason. Thank so very much for any help. Anne Rice
