I know that my great grandparents were married Dec. 30, 1843... Grief D. Wells, Jr and Mariah Bess... I sent off to VA Vital Stats. but they said No Record Could Be Located... I am hoping someone can direct me to somewhere in Montgomery Co. where I can locate a marriage application, or license.. Thanks for any help Sandra
