I am looking for info on the family of Katherine Jane King Pannell. She was the Ggrandma of my nieces & Grandma of my brother-in-law. She passed away a couple of weeks ago. Her parents were Walter F. King & Virginia ?. She was b. abt 1928 in Montgomery Co. VA.. She had brothers Walter F., & Gene, & a sister Elizabeth who died before she did. I know that I am grasping at straws, but would love to find something on her family. Any and all info on this family is greatly appreciated.

Walter Fulton King (no parents named) is a widower on 2/25/ 1919 and is 27 years old when he married Virginia Elizabeth Smith age 23 d/o Eldred & M. J. Smith Source Montgomery County Marriages 1919 line # 19 Living beside Norval Martin in 1930 census. Norval Martin lived in Riner, Va His son Ambrose still lives on the old home place property. 1920 living inChristiansburg, Montgomery County Va.; beside Samuel Keith & William Lawrence.
