    3. There are 3 books of Fincastle County Courthouse records in Montgomery County courthouse, that are very fragile. While I have not viewed all 129 rolls of the draper manuscripts, the few that I have looked at are handwritten notes and memories, as far as I could tell the 3 books were not filmed in these notes. I don't see any problem in him taking notes in Montgomery or any other county for that matter. The Manuscripts are available on film and can be requested on inter-library Loan to your library (with a film reader) of coarse. I requested 5 rolls sometime ago. I did not copy any of the pages, as I did not see copies of the "Courthouse Records" that everyone leads us to believe that Mr Draper has in notes.
