I seem to have a problem here with some information I have--I know some one will be able to straighten this out; Concerning Joseph Owen Light born August 31, 1856 and died January 31, 1927 and b uried in Cole Cemetery in Floyd County. That Cole Cemetery lists his wife as Sarah Amanda (Hale) Light born April 21, 1870 and died November 30, 1922--she is there also with two of their daughters who died young. Children I have for them Joe and Sarah number 10 1. Margie E. (1907-1907) 2. Sarah Edith--(1913-1916) 3. James Clyde (married Ocie Radford) 4. Mary S. (married Oscar Martin) 5. Walter J. (married Josie Pate) 6. Flora B. (married Clinton Owens and Robert Ziegler) 7. Josephine (married Hubert Lawrence) 8. Helen (married Gradon Cox) 9. Beatrice (married James Copley) 10. Clara (married Norris and Jackson) Now here is the problem I have with Joseph Owen Light-----I have a FIRST MARRIAGE for him with Sarah Amanda being the SECOND WIFE) I have him married to Louisa Frances AMOS born 1858 and died 1894 and this information came from Janice Smyth---and I have 10 children for Louisa and Joseph----- 1. Alonzo Leonard "Lon" born May 4, 1879 died August 10, 1960 (married Dora M. ?) 2. William Thomas 3. Grover A. 4. Robert 5. Walter 6. Female married Vent Austin 7. Female married Plain Dudley 8. Josephine (married Hubert Lawrence) this is obviously a duplication as Josephine can not have two mothers----- 9. Helen (married Gradon Cox) this is obviously a second duplication and Helen can not have two mothers either 10. Flora (married to Ziegler)--this too is obviously a duplication as Flora can not have two mothers either-------------- So now the question is was Joseph Owen Light married twice and if so which of the children belong to whom?
