Hi List. Does anyone know of a way to find out when someone died in Blacksburg? My great great grandmother, Margaret Cup Kilmer, was on the 1880 census in Blacksburg, but gone by the 1900 census. Since she was 60 years old in 1880, I assume she didn't remarry, but died during this time period. To have a state death certificate search made, they charge $12 per three years. I have a 20 year gap to search! So if someone knows of any other way to find this info,or at least eliminate some years, I would greatly appreciate the help. Thanks. Karen Lee
