I need help from the MONTGOMERY list with this family. I sent this email to the BARTLETT list, but some of the info we need should be from Montgomery Co 1800 to 1831. I would be gratefull if anyone can supply any records for any of the children of Garner/Gardner BARTLETT as outlined below - I've got most of the census info - but don't know much more... Let's look at all I have on this family... see the outline below. Lydia BARTLETT (probably the widow of William) was in the 1840, 1850 and 1860 Floyd Co census near Leroy. I'm pretty confident that Garnen, Garner, Garnet, Gardner BARTLETT are all the same person - it's a relatively unusual name so it's easy to follow as he moved from Loudoun to Berkeley to Montgomery Co (did he ever live in Botetourt Co??). I'd also like to know more about his son John... Who were William's children? Thomas's children? Reuben's? They had to be getting married in the 1830's and 1840's in Floyd Co...
