This couple DID NOT marry in Montgomery County, at least their names are NOT in the REED or WILEY index. I can't help you on the gravesites either. Have you tried in WV? That is where most of the Wiley are from. The Staff in Montgomery County Clerk's office is most helpful, Genealogy Research is NOT their job.
