Are there any Rose Researchers out there? I am tring to tie a Thomas Rose in with a family. A Lawrence County Ohio History Book has Thomas being born in Christiansburg Va. in 1800 and moving with his family to Gallia County Ohio in 1804. Other Rose reseachers in those Ohio counties have Roses being born in Christiansburg Va. between 1790 and 1800 but there has been no links between them and Thomas. I believe, just through reasoning and hunch, that Thomas' fathers name is John Rose and his Mother was Margaret Stephens, as they are the parents of the other people listed as being born in Christiansburg Va.
