Is the given name GRANVILLE a commonly used name in the Chafin/Chaffin family? I have two men named Granville Akers, born within about two years of each other in the early 1860s, one in Floyd Co. and the other in Montgomery Co. One has a Chafin/Chaffin mother and I THINK the other has a Chafin/Chaffin grandmother, but that connection is not quite proven. An affirmative answer to this question would help me prove it! Thanks and best wishes, Earl Earl B. Akers, Sr. Puyallup WA The Banyan Tree
