As you can see from the message below, I have the person I need to contact when I get an appropriate number of people. Although I have had some people show interest, there has been nowhere near 100. I may need to go to other lists in the NRV, or if you know of someone who may be interested, let me know. I will stop using these lists for this purpose after this, and I apologize to anyone that may have felt it inappropriate to do so. Please contact me at my personal address - [email protected] -I will contact you when/if we have enough people. Once you have 100+ people willing to donate a sample of blood and their 4 generation pedigree charts, write or call me and we can decide date, time and location for the blood draws. We will need enough people to draw blood according to the number of participants (usually one medical techincian can draw blood from 30 people/hr). We can give a presentation before the sample collection. The presentation will take ca. 50 minutes. The whole event (presentation + blood draws) should not take more than 2 hours. One or two people from our group will come to your place for the sample collection and the presentation. You can seek out help from local genealogical societies or Family History Directors of local LDS stakes. They are usually pretty good in getting a large group of people together and organizing such event. Let me know how I can be of help to you. Thanks, Ugo A.
