I'm interested in any information relating to Carrie L Whitt and Permelia A. Whitt. Their parents were Joseph B. and Elvira S. Whitt. >From 1900 Pulaski Co., VA census; Joseph and Elvira S. are listed with children: Edna S. (b. 1876), George C. (b. 1879), Mary B. (b. 1881), Carrie L. (b. May 1882), and Permelia A (b. Dec. 1883). My g-grandmother Mildred Lelia Whitt falls into this family. She had married in 1899 and already moved to Giles Co., VA. Does anyone have access or volunteer for a lookup for a marriage record in Pulaski Co?? They are not in the Montgomery Co. Courthouse.
