This is very interesting. I have the children of Robert and wife Elizabeth Childress as Thomas, Agatha, Virginia, and Elizabeth. Agatha was born ca. 1794-1795 and married John Muncy, also of Montgomery Co. I've never been able to pin Robert to any of the other Elliotts in the area and have seen one source that says Robert was the son of a Joseph Elliott from Ireland (Scots-Irish) who settled in PA.
