Does anyone know if I can send for marriage information directly to Montg county or do I have to write to vital record in Richmond? Initially, I believed the following individuals got married in Little River Township, Floyd Co. after 1870 census and before 1880 but after Paul was nice enough to check Floyd CH and found nothing, my only other location is Christiansburg District, Montgomery Co. where the family lived during the 1880 census. Sarah Saunders b. 1856 (possibly James) Benjamin Saunders b. 1858 Minerva Saunders b. 1859 Marshall Saunders b. 1861 The parents of these people are Calvin and Amanda (Taliaferro) Saunders. Amanda died late 1870 and Calvin married Jemima Brooks. Calvin and Brooks could be on the marriage document. Can someone help me find them and who they married? Angela
