Ephriam' wife is Mary Guthrie. Daughters Phebe and Elizabeth are mentioned. Ephriam migrated from Maryland. Joseph Skiles first appears in Montgomery Co. records marrying Mary (Burton) Anderson, widow of George Anderson, in 1818. Joseph appears in the 1820 and 1830 Census. Witnesses the will John Scott, Mary Guthrie's second husband. Assumed children are Joseph Jr., Jacob, and David. Much of the Skiles and Anderson clan head for Pope Co., Ill in the 1840s. Looking for info to cement these relationships. Some individuals listed as offsprings/ siblings may be nephews/cousins. Any Help? Bests, Glenn

How is his death recorded, and where? No death records were kept that early at the county or any other governmental level.
