This series contains maps made in 1864 for many (most?) counties of Virginia. Copies are available for viewing at the State Library of Virginia. Copies can be purchased from the Virginia Historical Society. I recently purchased one for Nottoway County, VA for $30. They are available by mail. You might try the Virginia Historical Society web site for a mailing address. Tom Cole "Kent A. Elam, Jr." wrote: > Dear List, > > I have a copy of "Life by the Roaring Roanoke" by Susan L. Bracey.
