I was reading the front line dispatches in the way one reads a mystery novel; anxiously wanting to see whether that train of 3000 Confederate cavalry with it's wagons got into position in time to affect the battle. Unfortunately, I do not have six month's of free time to do the volumes justice, but I sure take my hat off to Cornell for what they have contributed to scholars and historians.
