Recently I found a note that said my grandfather, Anderson Green, died in Union Level, VA. this would have been between 1915 and 1926. Can someone tell me where to write for a copy of the death certificate and also what paper might have carried an obituary? What cost would be involved with a death certificate? Thanks, Melba Stapleton
