It was beside John Hayes, and later Hayes in legal will of Mildred Gregory VaughanOct 30, 1782 from Jesse Sanders{Saunders} of M, to William Stroud of M, for 200 � specie, about 200 acres in Meck on the north side of Beach Cr{Beech??}, and bounded by[trees] The land is also described in a deed that Richard Stiles had acknowledged to him Stiles] by the executors of Thomas Hawkins deceased, it being the tract of land which the said Jesse Sanders now lives on.
