Richard Stith and Thomas Stith were later on Meherrin Riv in Meck, were they sons of this Drury Stith?----- Brunswick VA, Indenture made the 23rd day of June, 1760, between Drury STITH to/and John ROBERTS, for 50 pounds, conveying 400 acres on upper side of Rose's Creek, adjoining lands of Francis JENKINS, George CLARK, BROWN, and EDLOE, being same land granted to the said Drury STITH by Letters of Patent dated August 10, 1759. Names of witnesses not given. Indenture and Memorandum of Livery of Seizin were acknowledged in Court on June 23, 1760, by Drury STITH. Deed Book 6, page 470.
