    2. Can anyone sort out these locations? The neighbors on Allen Ck seem similar on both creeks. Buckhorn was on south-side of South branch of Meherrin Riv. Where was Woodpecker Ck? Allen Ck does back up tp Buckhorn Ck but it empties into the Roanoke Riv, and Buckhorn empties into Meherrin Riv---Mecklenburg, Mar 23, 1767 from John Parler (Farler) Thompson of Meck, to John Glasco (Glasscock) of Meck, for 64 �, a certain tract of land in Meck, about 100 acres bounded by said Glasco Spring Branch{Glasscock}, Little Cr, William Parker's Spring Branch, William Parker, said Glasco.
