Their marriage is recorded in the Marriage License Bonds of Mecklenburg Co.,VA 1765 -1810; page 5(see page 10). Also recorded in the Marriage Returnes of Ministers, 1785 - 1841, Bartlett Cox security. (microfilm LDS #0032568) William is the son of Willaim Blacketer, Sr. & Rachel.
