Hello, I'm looking for information on Alice M. Simms who was born about 1891 in Louisa, VA, the daughter of Alexander and Hardina Simms. Census records show that she got married at age 16, which I believe was to John Vincent Elkins. Her first child, John Vincent Elkins Jr. was born in 1910, Philadelphia, PA and some point, she moves back to Louisa, VA and her daughter Elizabeth Elkins is born around 1913. During this time, her husband is living in a different residence as a "boarder" so I'm not sure what the relationship was. I can't find him after 1910 but then Alice ends up married to Herman Hamm sometime before 1930. She slightly disappears in 1920, as does her husband but her son John Elkins, Jr. is living with her parents and I don't know where her daughter Elizabeth was. I have information on John Elkins, Jr. and am looking to find his sister Elizabeth or other members of his family.
