Good afternoon from a cold Louisa county. This morning there was light snow on your ancestors' graves. Once again, I thank all of you for your support of our efforts to document the family graveyards in Louisa county. We have been working on volume two and have done about 60 more cemeteries to be included in that volume. We will continue working through the summer and if we have enough to publish volume two, we will do so at that time. If you know of any cemeteries in the county that you have not told us about, please get in touch with me. In the meantime, for those of you who purchased volume one, you need to get out your pencil and pencil in the following corrections: C-004 Name on the stone should be Ira Virgil Chick, death date May 7, 1927 J-008 Name on stone should be corrected to read Thomasia J. Fox (not Thomas J.) P-005 Death date for Frederick Harris is 1842 and not 1812. If I find any more errors, I will send out another update. As much as we proofed and re-proofed, we are only human, and other errors may exist. Pat Baber -- No virus found in this outgoing message. Checked by AVG Free Edition. I once visited a Pettus family cemetery at the home of William Swift, now deceased. His son, whose name I don't recall, now lives on the property overlooking the North Anna River below the Lake Anna dam.
