The marriage records for Louisa county end at the beginning of the Civil War. Are there records of marriages during the War that are available? If so, where are they kept? I am trying to locate the marriage date of my 2G grandparents, Dr. P.P. Perkins and Henrietta Hackett and I believe they were married around 1862-1863 but have not found any documentation.
