Adrianne, I don't know if the 2-volume set is still available or not. In the 1997-1998 issue of Hearthstone Bookshop's catalog the set was available for $50.00. It doesn't appear in their current 1999-2000 catalog nor in their online catalog. According to the description it was independently reprinted in1989. Here's the description from the old catalog.
