I have had some interest in knowing about how they print the book. Here is her reply, I have already told her that the BOOK HAS TO BE RETURNED TO THE OWNER. I already told her I didn't want to be responsible for the money. Everyone would have to deal with her directly. I was just collecting names to judge the price breaks. I would be happy to reprint this book; all I would need is a copy of the book from which to make a printing master. I would need to be able to disbind the book, but could rebind it and return it to the owner if necessary (we prefer to keep the original and replace it with two copies of our hardcover reprint, but that's not necessary). The book would list for around $50 for a single copy, but would be as low as $32.50 for an order of fifty copies. If you would like to proceed, please let me know.
