Hi List, I received the following message today -- can't imagine who this person is! Perhaps someone my cousin told about the possible reprint of the book. I had asked her if she was interested in a copy. My first inclination was to fire out a HOT reply, but I have thought better of it and decided I would put it up to you. Whoever sent this certainly owes US an apology for assuming that WE would attempt such an undertaking without first clearing it with all concerned. Should I reply or ignore it?
