Greetings, Over the past year, I have had three or four people, um, "suggest" that I don't have any information to help researchers who are looking for "non-free" ancestors. Since I'm only a volunteer, trying to provide a medium to help others with their research (and still find time to do a little of my own), I would appreciate any help you can provide. This is an area that I have no experience in. If any of you have conducted research on any of the black, Indian, etc. residents of Louisa County, I would appreciate if you would share your knowledge of how you conducted your research, and what sources you learned to be valuable assets. Also, if you have any information you would like to share with others, please send it to me so I can post it. Sometimes a little tidbit that I come across, which seems to be totally worthless, later turns out to be the link I needed to add another generation.
