In the Louisa County Historical Society Journals Volume 23, Number 2 Fall 1992 (Pages 77 to 134) there is an article: "Researching Free Blacks in Louisa County, Virginia 97 J. Quintus Massie" Can anyone tell me any libraries in Virginia that may have the journals so I can read this article. I don't know if it is allowed if someone has this article to email me, and that would be more than appreciated, but I am also looking to find these journals in a library. I know that when I lived in Seattle Washington, they had them there. So I might get lucky in Va. Thanks a lot. Dee.
