I have had a few emails concerning the Addendum. I want to throw this out to the group since it is a group project. It has been suggested to print the "Addendum" in a separate book. Again, I don't know how many corrections we are talking about. I didn't think there would be many. If you KNOW you are going to send corrections to be included in the book, please email me: [email protected] I will report back to the group after a 24 hr. period and a decision can be made then.
