    3. In the Frederick Examiner of Sept 4, 1833 Married - At Point of Rocks - On Thursday 22d ult, Mr. John Potts to Miss Ruth Tully. Neither John Potts or Ruth Tully are listed as having a marriage license from Frederick County. Could someone check to see if the license may have been issued in Loudon County. Thanks

    3. You've probably heard back from the groups by now - but your Potts & Tully marriage is NOT listed in either the Loudoun co. VA records or the Washington Co. MD records. Sorry....
