    3. We are an Illinois branch of Derry descendants. We have some idea where we fit under the Derry family tree, but are hungry for additional details. We descend from Baltzer Derry (1740? - 1808, buried in Loudoun County, VA) married to Barbara Heinkley; their son Philip Derry (1774 - 1826, buried in Loudoun County, VA) married to Margaret Barbara Everhardt (1776 - 1862); their oldest son Christian Derry (1795 - 1858, buried in Loudoun County, VA) married to Susannah Carnes; their son James Madison Derry (1822 - 1905 buried in Menard County, Illinois) married to Cordelia Amanda Kalb (decease 1854); second marriaged to Martha Jane Pollock in 1861. Would Baltzer Derry happen to be listed in the Oath of Allegiance records for Maryland? If so, were his brothers also listed? All help is greatly appreciated.
